The sound is incredible, the tone and sustain are out of this world, when I've picked it up to play I often haven't put it down for hours.  My only regret is that I was unable to pick it up in person, what better reason to visit Germany will I ever have in the future?  Thank you again for your professionalism and skill, they made this transaction both enjoyable and stress-free.
